China leads the way - Britain Follows.
China's Public Security Chief has recognised the Great Patriots of Hong Kong for the
first time - here seen showing off their tattoos in the Great Hall of the People.
And now good old Blighty follows suit. Better late than never! The stodgy British
government has decided to honour its own patriots - folk heroes such as Myra Hindley, Jack
the Ripper, Peter Sutcliffe and the Kray Twins.
China proves once again it is a world leader in the international arena.
